At Magnetic Body Care, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every order is covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund of the product price within 90 days of delivery, for any reason.

Both opened and unopened products are eligible for a return. You do not need to return the product unused or sealed to receive a refund.

How to request a return

  1. Contact our support team at support@magneticbodycare.com or +1 513-201-3527 (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST) within 90 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and the email address used for the order.
  3. We will reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address.
  4. Ship the product(s), opened or unopened, to the address provided, with the RA number written on the package.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received, we will email you to confirm, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at your choice.
