Magnetic Body Care ships to the United States.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with a tracking number when it ships.

Shipping methods and delivery times

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to reship it.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us at support@magneticbodycare.com or +1 513-201-3527. We will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund.
